About me huh...? Well my name is Alex but my friends call me Lex. I'm usually way too over-analytical and awkward with these things so i'm just going to jump right into it... :) i'm a self-proclaimed pseudo-nerd. Consider: guy who grew up on pokemon & n-64 (i'm sure i've lost about half of my prospects here, lol ^_^) & hasn't quite let go of those yet, but also loves music and a good party with friends once in awhile. Even though I'm shy around people I don't know, I LOVE meeting people and I don't mind the occasional good-natured, awkward conversation. I have gone to private schools for all my life, and even though I love my friends, I am striving to come out of my shell a little bit and make my group of friends more diverse. I'm a total stickler for bad grammar. don't let my lack of capitalization fool you - that's just a bit of my laziness coming out. ;) I love learning about personalities. I have com to accept that I am not just one personality type. I'm beginning to accept that i'm actually a mesh of two or three types, and I like it that way. :) And corny as it sounds, I love been the ear to listen, and the shoulder to cry on for anyone who needs one. Cause all of us know, there are those times that we all need it. It has nothing to do with what I get out of it. I just want to be there for you, who are reading this, and anyone I can support. That's just the way I am.... I feel like you're only getting a small preview of who I am in these things...so if anything intrigues you, don't be afraid to say hey! If I could 'Pick & Choose' personality traits about someone I'd be with,I'd have to pretty much go for... Intelligence, Compassion, A sense of humour, and someone who would understand that if I'm quiet, it doesn't automatically mean there's something wrong with me, it just means I'm undoubtedly reflecting on inner demons. And she'd have to be her own person. I HATE people who can't keep themselves amused (girls & guys). For crying out loud, we're adults, you know? If you can't find something to do and would prefer to actually sit around saying you're bored all the time, I'm pretty much going to loose interest instantly. It's like read a book, watch a movie, do some writing, listen to music, prepare tomorrow's meal, anything, just don't complain that you are bored. Plus, someone with as much emotional baggage as I've got, and isn't afraid to talk about it. That way it wouldn't feel like one person is always listening and the other just sitting there, talking, you know? I wan't a woman that will help me grow as a person, and I can do the same for her. I meant that's what a relationship is.
