Theoretically, we can assume that some people are able to purchase a similar sugar-dependent. One thing is clear, the darker the sugar, the more it contains organic impurities from the juice plant. They say that these impurities of sugar supply a certain amount of trace elements and vitamins. In fact, the amount of nutrients in brown sugar so low that to call it a dietary product cannot be. But do not think that to the body is not important, whether you eat an apple or two or three bits of sugars. Sugars come in two types - internal and external.
