My oldest friends are music, art and books - they have got me through both good times and bad! I'm kind, generous, compassionate, thoughtful and sensitive. I love to go to classical concerts, cinema, opera, ballet, theatre, art galleries and museums. I love to eat out, go for walks, watch blu-rays/dvds, surf the net, research history/art/music/architecture, like most sports and would love to get another dog (my beloved German Shepherd/Black Labrador Cross died a couple of years ago). I have a good sense of humour and I've discovered the most important thing anyone can find out about themselves - I NEED TO HAVE MORE FUN!! I've got a good job, good home and good friends, but I need to take a few chances in life, see how things go and hey, you never know? Trust in fate and leave the rest to providence... I've been hurt in relationships before, but I am ready to trust again with the right person. What do you think?

I'm looking for someone that is confident, honest, caring, kind, fun and broad-minded. Someone who shares some of my interests and knows what they want, but also has the intuition to know someone's limits and weaknesses. I am perfectly happy to just chat/e-mail to start with, wait before meeting and then take whatever time is necessary to get to know the 'right' person and give that person the time and space to get to know me before progressing things.
