My name is Jan and I am from Netherlands. I am working as a researcher in my own small size company dealing with lighting and energy efficiency. I am single although I have some long lasting but also turbulent relationships in a past. I also have two kids from these relationships but they are not living with me. I am workaholic, working almost all day over but in the summer I like to take 4 to 5 weeks off and go hiking in some (Scandinavian) wilderness. That is probably why living with me could sometimes be a problem. I am very straight, direct and efficient, not talking to much but doing things. Although I am rather closed and silent person I can listen and understand other's problems well.
