I am an American-born man of slavic descent (Carpatho-Rusyn). I think of myself as being a nice guy, who feels more comfortable giving rather than receiving. My interests include, but are not limited to, the following: the arts in general (museums, dancing, theater, cinema, etc.); walking, reading, creative writing, poetry, watching television, metal detecting, hiking, nature,collecting memorobilia, antiques, history... My favorite time of year is fall; I love the colorful scenery, the smell and cool weather. I have a pet rabbit named "Benny", who always brings a smile to my face no matter how bad a day I have. My dream is to move to the state of Vermont, or Maine, and build a spacious log home on ten acres of land. I love the country life, as opposed to city life, and prefer to raise a family there where we can breath fresh air and enjoy nature's beauty every day. And last, but not least, I enjoy snuggling by a roaring fire on a cold winter's evening with the woman of my dreams. I hope I can find her on this site!!

It is difficult for me to describe my "ideal match". I think we both will feel a connection whenever we find one another. Loyalty is a big factor for me. I want to spend the rest of my life with one woman, who will love me as much as I do her. I hope she's out there somewhere...
