I am Brad, I have a Son called Marvin, I am divorced for 2years now, and this is My view about a good relationship, just thinking and writing. Relationships are best when you remember to be thankful toward your partner; this will help to appreciate what you have. Everything you do in the relationship is contagious; giving begets giving, laughter begets laughter, and so on. If you want things out of the relationship you must be willing to be that way yourself first and then the relationship will follow that lead-off; much like this simple truth, "If you want a friend, then you must first be one." Relationships are like a plant, it's either growing or withering away. What kind of woman am I looking for? First and foremost she must be able to communicate, I know that she must be open-minded, compassionate towards others around her, not materialistic but more in touch with her heart and soul. She must not be selfish and/or self-centered. She must be willing to go places and do things with her partner even if she doesn't find them interesting, as surely as her partner will equally do the same for her -- it's called sharing and growing together !! There are so many things in this world that work against a relationship, so a couple should work on strengthening what they have in order to help them combat the negative forces around them and protect the special bond they have found in each other. I would have to say I am looking for my life partner, my better half, and someone that I would not want to live without. The one that makes me smile. The one that helps me keep going when I feel like I am unable to go on. The one that when I look at them, I feel like I want to be a better me, my best friend and my soul friend. I've learned so much about life and about myself over the years; I am ready to be all that I can be with the right person. I can tell You more about Me when We get to know each other more. :D :D
